An Atlas 3B is scheduled for launch from CCAFS on 2005 Jan 27, sometime in the
middle of night, local time. I believe that the payload most likely is a pair of
    NOSS 3 satellites:

This launch has the potential to put on quite a show for observers in eastern N.
America. The powered ascent will closely follow the east coast, then, about 2 h
after launch, the Centaur's propellant dump may be visible from north-eastern N.
    America.

I intend to provide more detailed information a bit closer to launch time.
