Refer http://einstein.stanford.edu/ The query after OT in my heading is because (a) although the flare does not seem to have affected the actual orbit, I am sure that the info on the effect of the flare GP-B will be of interest (b) I am not sure what the reported effects of the flares on other satellites were. Solar activity continues- I am well aware of this because I was able to observe a flare yesterday during an open day at our local observatory close to Wellington, New Zealand. Apparently the solar telescope is sometimes open to the public for a small fee- hoping opening times will coincide with an ISS transit some time :-) Robert ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
