I did not find a match with any known object.

The next available number is 90029 and the designation would be 05512A.

I believe that a higher inclination fits the obs on Jan. 13 better.

    1 90029U 05512A 05013.78390185 0.00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 06
    2 90029 13.5000 15.3600 0005000 70.1800 290.4067 0.98971000 09

The alternative position gives an elset that differs by about 1 minute
of time (0.25 degrees) per day:

    1 90029U 05512A 05013.78390185 0.00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 06
    2 90029 13.5000 15.3600 0005000 70.1800 290.4067 0.99031000 07

My guess from these elsets is that this object has been uncontrolled
    for over 20 years.
