    I would appreciate it if Ted were to issue a Moderatorly Ruling as to 
    whether some discussion (not rants) about the demise of OIG and the AF use 
    restrictions are on topic here.  I would hope so, as the present statement 
    on the new AF site is pretty categorical and I wonder if they really are 
    going to require that "I saw ISS!" messages get the approval of Mr. 
    Rumsfeld, assuming the poster used the AF TLEs to identify what he/she saw.
    
    (It really would be helpful if the new site were to post some general 
    guidelines as to permitted use and specific procedures for how to request 
    permission for use beyond those guidelines.)
