    Just observed the Delta IV Heavy payload (#28500, 04050A)
at 05:22 UT on 8 Jan 2005.  Altitude 19,379 km, range 21711 km.

Magnitude approx 9.1 for a standard magnitude of 3.3

It appeared steady during the short time I observed it.
