Both spacecraft appear to have slightly raised their orbit, probably sometime between 2004 Jan 22-24. I expect one or more additional small boosts, until they reach a mean motion near the 13.4044 rev/d of most other operational NOSS. Due to the shortness of the arc, I allowed only the RAAN, mean anomaly and mean motion to be varied in the differential correction that produced the following elements.
