    Report time; 11:00 UTC

    2003-027C (#27829) Delta 2 RB 1

SCC'S 06 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Jan 27, 08:52 UTC - predicts the decay on:
    27 January, 14:59 UTC +/- 05 hours (01.1°N, 18.1°E) ascending over the Republics
    of Congo.

    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 04027.192... - 04027.377... (SFX 100, ap 012)
    the decay on:
    27 January, 14:29 UTC +/- 22 minutes (21,00°S, 256.54°E) descending over the Pacific.

If the RB survives this time then it follows the southern apex of the orbit over South
America. It could be possible that my calculation shows a too early decay. I am
looking now a little bit deeper.....
