MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 04027.192... - 04027.377... (SFX 100, ap 012) the decay on: 27 January, 14:29 UTC +/- 22 minutes (21,00°S, 256.54°E) descending over the Pacific. If the RB survives this time then it follows the southern apex of the orbit over South America. It could be possible that my calculation shows a too early decay.
