2003-027C (#27829) Delta 2 RB 1

SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Jan 27, 16:46 UTC - shows the decay on:
27 January, 15:35 UTC +/- 07 minutes (2.8°N, 175.1°E) descending over the Pacific.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 04027.438... - 04027.560... (SFX 100, ap 012)
the decay on:

27 January, 15:54 UTC +/- 11 minutes (19.26°S, 228.17°E) also southbound over
the Pacific.

Remarks: SCC'S co-ords are in respect to the Lat - Long relation significantly
in error.

I am still missing my last decay forecast - issued 12:45 UTC - here on the
SeeSat page !
