    rough translation :

at 15 kilometers from the city/village of San Roque, an Object [sic,
capital 'O'] fell to the ground. The object was taken to the state
[province] capital by the fire brigade personel, to try to identify the
object. The head of the Interior department, Manuel Aguirre, confirmed
during an interview with a journalist from Cadena Sudamericana that "a
cylindrical object fell in the El Rosado zone, causing much worries from
the shaking produced by the impact, the locals describing the event as
a ball of fire coming down from the sky". the head of department
indicated that the object is "supposed to be man - made, because there
are letters and numbers engraved on it". The chief of the fire brigade
in San Roque, Adolfo Soler confirmed that the object has a 3 meters
diameter and is 1.4 meters high.

Just before [printing time], the head of the department of the interior
of the province, Dr. Manuel Aguirre, confirmed to Cadena Sudamericana
that an object fell from the sky this tuesday afternoon in a field
belonging to the Bolo family, in the El Rosado area, about 15 kilometers
away from the city of San Roque, and that the object had not been
    identified yet.

The object was described by the state representative as "oval or
cylindrical in shape, that it can't be from aluminium, as it would have
been crushed by the impact, and couldn't be made of iron or steel, as it
would have dug a hole in the ground".

Meanwhile, the firebrigade personnel specializing in chemicals traveled
to the site to try to specify what type of object it is. During an
interview with Jose Abel Alegre, journalist from Cadena Sudamericana,
the head of department said "the people could only describe a fiery ball
falling from the sky and were very impressed [shocked ?] from the
    impact-induced shake in the ground"

Aguirre also said that the object was leaking some sort of yellow liquid
that could not be identified yet, and has the size of a 500 L barrel,
and that it was supposed to be man made, as there are inscriptions with
    letters and numbers.

finally, the head of department confirmed that nobody was hurt from the
crash and that he would give more details as they come tomorrow morning.

then comes comments referring to the thing as a UFO and some people
start conspiracy theories and the like...

    sincerely
