    Hevin, I think it was clear from the background to earlier discussions surrounding
    the transition to the JWST that HST has to be removed from orbit in a controlled
    manner because of the possibility of parts surviving re-entry. Bow this has
    to involve attaching a rocket to it to lower the perigee. I guess the target
    zone would be the same area as the Compton was dumped in, the ocean between
    Hawaii and California.
