ISS maneuver to occur over Mongolia to Japan

In case anybody knows anyone in that area, it appears that the boost will start
somewhere over Mongolia and continue over the northern island of Japan, some
time before sunrise (January 9, local time).

Has anybody managed to photograph the ISS during such a boost?
