At last clear air in the evening, but 70% clouds and moonlight interfered.
Did not find USA 161 in +- 14 minutes from my #70134 elset, but found at +1
min that I hadn't compensated enough in altitude for the last few minutes!

NOSS 3-2s were nice on a low pass, within 1.8 degree field of my 20*200
LXD-55 8N, but while time-checking I pressed the wrong button, so I stopped
the watch for ~2 s, hence my time uncertainty.
In addition the separation of the objects varied 7.53, 7.40, 7.01 and
    prediction diffs according to ObsReduce -1.134 -0.671 -0.905 for A, +0.369
    +0.615 +0.526 for C
First two obs pairs are appulses 0.47-0.85 degrees
