Contrary to my hunch, this morning's dump (2003 Jan 31) was not cancelled, and it was for a longer time, 04:10 to 05:40 UTC.

This dump was labelled as a waste dump, as opposed to a SIMO (i.e. simultaneous) dump. As I understand it, there are three types of
shuttle dumps that send water into space:

- Waste water

- Supply water

- Waste and Supply water, aka SIMO
