    Notes:
    ~~~~~~~
    (1) Unknown observed on edge of ccd frame - last two entries.Rough calcs
        shows height about 1973km,period 126.6 min, inclination 72.1, standard
        mag +6.0. Cant find a match in my current ALLDAT.TLE. Probably a
        Cosmos or Cosmos rocket.
    (2) Due to 2 electric power failures today I was unable to complete
        measuring all observations obtained - besides Ive had enough for one
        day. The rest wil follow tomorrow and are:
        MSX - two passes
        USA 89 rocket
        DMSP F15 - approximately 15 seconds early ( very rough!)
        Milstar 3
        USA 144 - first pass - elevation  7.8 degrees - was easy.
    (3) Whole lot of unpredicted satellites seen and all but one identified
        so far. Nothing exiting.  SORCE was seen at mag +6.5 steady. The
        current shuttle mission was also seen - apparently the scheduled
        water dump was done earlier in the day so nothing exciting here.
    (4) An orbital plane search for USA 125 rocket, starting 13 minutes before
        predicted time till 29 minutes after revealed nothing.Looks like its
        lost for the moment.
    Blackie the cat now insists on being taken for a walk and must be obeyed.
    Cheers
    Greg
