    To Rob Matson, and others.
From the description on the website,
during daylight the satellite will be sun pointing within an arc minute
or thereabouts. The solar panels are fixed and not at right angles to
satellite body. Any chance of predicting "flares" under this geometry?
Kevin's TLE suggests visiblity on local evening day after launch.
