    2001-043A (#29929) Starshine 3

    SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Jan 21, 06:47 UTC - shows the
    decay on
    21 January, 05:06 UTC +/- 01 minutes (26.3N, 234.4E)
    ascending over the Pacific.
MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 03021.083.. and 03021.144...
(SFX 133, ap 011 the decay on
    21 January, 05:30 UTC +/- 07 minutes (43.00N, 12.73E)
    descending over Italy.
This result seems definitely too late and needs some further
analysis. The Starshine 3 decay was more difficult as one
have expected should be studied very carefully.
