Report time: 18:00 UTC 2001-043A (#26929) Starshine 3 SCC'S predictions show a bizarre behaviour. During the 24 hours they have released 6 (!) different forecasts. The last -issued via OIG - prepared Jan 18, 09:33 UTC - forecasted the decay on 21 January, 07:08 UTC +/- 02 days (04.9°N,09.1°E) descending. A unpublished (not released via OIG) new prediction delivers: 21 January, 10:10 UTC +/- 02 days (15.1°S, 331.7°E) it looks somewhat off of track. My own prediction with MPM+REENTRY (epoch 07:49:55 UTC) shows no remarkable fluctuations and delivers; 21 January, 12:43 UTC +/- 06 hours (66.23°N, 178.74°E) ascending.
