    2001-043A (#26929) Starshine 3

We have a faster decrease of the solar activity then earlier
predicted. We see now a slip for a couple of hours but I don't
    expect a further dramatic shift:

    The current predictions:

    SCC ( as yet unreleased):
    21 January, 14:12 UTC (64.6°N, 201.1°E) descending

Naval Network and Space Operations Command:
    21 January, 13:34 UTC (47.4°S, 66.2E)

    My own:
    21 January, 14:02 UTC +/- 08 hours (53.36°N, 117.49°E)
