    The third observation is purely optical, its about the peak of a slow
    flare, up to mag 1. This is similar behaviour to the pass on January 9.
    Notice that the time and the path relative too stars are similar.
    Within a second or so of both Ted & Pierre's elements, so
    no manouver as yet.
