    SCC has issued the first decay notice for the Shenzhou 4 rocket. the 
    following is taken from my updated Decay Watch page, where there are

    Note: This is well placed for evening observation at mid-northern
    latitudes where it enters eclipse near northern apex at 42.6 deg N
