As we have expected the Orbit module of Shengzhou-4 is now 
as a single object in orbit(2002-61C # 27634).The first ELSET
was just released (epoch 03005.60377... )
NASA'S OIG has in its TLE QUERY RESPONSE (05/15:34 UTC) an
error and numbered this object as 2002-062C. 
A special ELSET comparison and analysing program shows the
time of separation from the landing unit on 05 January 2003
10:10:04 UTC.
