I have plotted all available orbital data for SZ-4 at:

    http://www.svengrahn.pp.se/histind/shenzhou/sz4notes.html

    Two observations:

    - There seems to have been two maneuvers since Dec 31.
    - The rate of decay seems to be higher in the new year. Have the solar
panels on the orbital module deployed?

However, orbital data are a little bit scattered in the graph, so no hard
    conclusions can be made.

    Opinions?
