    SPACOM'S 12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Jan 30, 15:58 UTC -
    predicts the decay on 
      31 January, 03:30 UTC+/- 07 hours (22.4°S, 194.0°E)
    on a descending pass over the Pacific.
    
    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02030.558... - 02030.619...the
    decay with the atmospheric model MSIS-90 on
       31 January, 03:09 UTC +/- 45 minutes (15.35°N, 118.97°E)
    on a southbound pass over the South Chinese Sea.
    With the new model NRLMSISE-00 on
       31 January, 03:29 UTC +/- 45 minutes (20.54°S, 187.22°E)
    also descending over the Pacific.
