SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Jan 28, 06:27 UTC - shows the
decay on
    28 January, 02:28 UTC +/- 22 minutes (08.2°S, 79.0°E)
on a descending pass over the Indian Ocean.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02017.823... - 01028.067...
(SFX 248, ap 008) the decay on
    28 January, 02:24 UTC +/- 11 minutes (08.45°N, 68,58°E)
on the same descending pass also over Indian Ocean.
