The EUVE project has reached it's end.  The Center for Extreme Ultraviolet
Astrophysics (CEA) commanded EUVE into safe-hold about 2 hours ago.  It is
pointing anti-sun so apparently it will not be tumbling.  It will be allowed
to decay naturally.
