SPACECOM'S ONE DAY BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Jan 31, 13:16 UTC - shows the
decay on 1 February, 13:33 UTC +/- 15 hours (5.7°N, 11.1°E)
on a descending pass over the Atlantic. With the ELSETs 01031.181... -
01031.501... MPM + REENTRY confirms this result within an error margin of 10
minutes. But the last released ELSET 01031.687... shows a remarkable increase of
the drag and delivers an earlier decay:
1 February, 10:29 UTC +/- 90 minutes (5.8°N, 58.8°E)
on a southbound pass over the Indian Ocean. Let us waiting for the next
ELSETs.....
