2001-003B (#26689) Progress R/B

SPACECOM'S  6 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Jan 25, 15:52 UTC - shows 
the decay on       25 January, 22:14 UTC +/- 04 hours (11.6°S, 282.5°E)
on a southbound pass over the West coast of South America (Peru)

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET's 01025.404... - 01025651... the decay on
                   25 January, 22:09 UTC +/- 17 minutes (05.15°N, 270.27°E)
on the same pass over the Pacific. The R/B will cross from NW to SE the Western 
United States and pass around 21:54 UTC at daylight the Oakland Area.
