Note: This had been lost between January 15 and 23. Indeed, my latest
SatEvo decay list gave January 15 as a possible decay date even
though the elsets on that date indicated a mean motion of 2.66 revs/day.
It is difficult to arrive at a satisfactory orbital evolution given the
recent elsets, one of which suggests that it had a perigee height
of -11 km.
