    February 2: U.S. Air Force Titan 4B on mission B-41 with Milstar 2-F2 
    spacecraft and Centaur upper stage from Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air 
    Force Station, Fla. Launch window 3:36 to 7:36 p.m. EST (2036 to 0036 GMT). 
    (Launch slipped from Oct. 30, then from Dec. 14).
    
    Any of you care to guess where this will be placed.
    
    There is two in orbit that are still operational.
    
    Milstar 1 at a last reported postion of 120 degrees west, still haven't seen 
    it.
    
    Milstar 2 at 4 degrees east.
