obs 22 jan 01022.05

    milstar3 was a difficult target this twilight,
    as its altitude was ~4013m with a range of ~5394m
    sun was ~ -14.5 elev and predicted mag was +8.1,
    tough to see with binocs.  the trak and timing
    looked very good ref 006 elset.  ref my location
    skymap predicted it would brighten some as it moved
    SE, but I did not see it brighten, as I could not
    trak it after 2d pt.
