2000-031E (#26499) Proton DM stage Auxiliary Motor

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Jan 21, 02:28 UTC - shows the decay on
                     21 January, 01:18 UTC +/- 55 minutes (33.3°N, 208.1°E)
on a southbound pass over the Pacific.
During the 8 hours before decay #26499 showed a complex and a little bit
erratic behavior. My final analysis based only on the last two ELSETS
01020.928... and 010120.990... delivers with MPM + REENTRY the decay on
                     21 January, 01:11 UTC +/- 11 minutes (44.82°N, 178.56°E)
on the same pass also over the Pacific, about 15 minutes later as my preceding
    prediction.
