Google search finds nothing?

I tried to search SeeSat archives (URL on last standard footer line) which
has worked well before. Now it doesn't even find simple words like
'satellite'  or 'observation'.
I also notice the screen is in Swedish - has something been screwed up by
making the search engine locale-aware ?
