SPACECOM'S 2HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Jan 20, 08:33 UTC - shows
the decay on 20 January, 10:19 UTV +/- 01 hours (40.6°S, 304.5°E)
on a northbound pass after crossing Chile/Argentina over the Atlantic,
MPM + REENTRY based on the last two released ELSETS 01019.893... and
010120.218... predicts the dececay on
20 January, 10:29.6 UTC +/- 12 minutes (20.05°N, 346.37°E)
on the same pass over the Atlantic/ West African coast.
But let's for SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT....
