SPACECOM'S 3 DAYS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Jan 17, 19:57 UTC - shows
the decay on 20 January, 16:37 UTC +/- 02 days (25.3°N, 306.5°E)
on an northbound pass over the Atlantic.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01017.256... - 01017.810... the decay on
20 January, 15:07 UTC +/- 03 hours ( 11.2°N, 320.8°E)
on rev earlier ascending also over the Atlantic.
A factor of uncertainty is the development of the solar activity over the next
3 days. Now we observe a significant decrease of F = 10.7 and Ap. The decay
could be slipped again for a few hours.
