Cosmos 2370 moving very fast

Cosmos 2370 1.4 17:51:27 10° NNW  17:53:39 86° WNW  17:55:55 10° SSE  

As you can see this Satellite was moving very fast!The fastest ive ever seen.
it only took 2minutes for the satellite to reach 86' from Horizon.
I mean WOW!
