Hi All, Have been away from my computer for the last 4 days (ski trip), so haven't been able to follow any satellite goings-on. After reading Paul Gabriel's message about his first daytime Iridium glint observation, I decided to check for any good upcoming flares for my location (day or night). Glad I did because lo and behold, I had a daytime one coming up within five minutes of my IRIDFLAR run! I ran outside to clear blue skies (sun still 4.4 degrees above the horizon), and voila -- yet another success. Iridium 15 -- at least magnitude -6 and perhaps -7. Visible for 3 seconds. (Predicted -7). --Rob ----------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe from SeeSat-L by sending a message with 'unsubscribe' in the SUBJECT to SeeSat-L-request@lists.satellite.eu.org http://www2.satellite.eu.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
