I have orbital elements for 3 old Sputnik objects, typed from
2 old RAE documents.

Each element line is from a single northbound or southbound transit,
observed by a single site (kinetheodelite or radio interferometer).
There is therefore no rate-of-change of orbit term (equivalent of NDOT2).
These are available to anyone who wishes, either in the original form
or in current OIG format.
It would be worthwhile someone taking groups of the elements and
fitting a single orbit (including NDOT2) to each group. I may do
it myself.
