John is right, at least as far as Astra 1A is concerned.
The elset in Alan's Satbase.zip is numbered 317, but the latest 5 on OIG are
312 to 316 !
A SkyMap run shows that elset 316 does not give a position S of Europe -
setting the longitude 140 W I get only elset 316.
