Report time 12:20 UTC 1985-090A (#16110) Cosmos 1689 SPCECOM has issued its FINAL REPORT - prepared Jan 14, 10:51 UTC- and shows the decay on 14 January, 08:55 UTC +/- 18 minutes (17.9°N, 98.1°E) on a southbound pass over SE Asia. There is no change against their 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message with one exception: The decay window decreased from +/- 01 hours to +/- 18 minutes. My final analysis based on the ELSETs 01014.098... - 01014.218... remains unchanged: 14 January, 09:03 UTC +/- 05 minutes (15.63°S, 91.50°E) on the same pass over the Indian Ocean. BTW.: Cosmos 1689 was a very consistent predictable decayer.
