Report time 11:30 UTC
1985-090A (#16110) Cosmos 1689
At this time there is no final report from SPACECOM. The 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY
message - prepared Jan 14, 07:23 UTC - showed the decay on
14 January, 08:55 UTC +/- 01 hours (17.9°N, 98.1°E)
on a descending pass over SE Asia.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01014.098... - 01014.281... the decay on
14 January, 09:03 UTC +/- 05 minutes (15.63°S, 91.50°E)
on the same pass over the Indian Ocean. This is in good agreement with my
preceding prediction 12 hours before decay.
