SPACECOM'S  12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Jan 13, 21:14 UTC - shows
the decay on         14 January, 09:17 UTC +/- 07 hours (73.5°S, 63.5°E)
on a descending pass over Antarctica.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01013.548... - 01013.854... the decay on
                     14 January, 09:06 UTC +/- 22 minutes (26.29°S, 89.23°E)
on a southbound pass  over the Indian Ocean.
