    Hi all,

Due to the limited electrical power in California, it is possible that
SeeSat-L will be victim to the rolling black-outs planned between
5 and 9 pm PST by the local power provider PG&E. It is unclear how long
the power-cut will be. SeeSat-L would not be available during that time.
Since I need to power down blackadder to protect hard-disks and such, it
is not impossible that SeeSat-L will be unavailable between 5 pm PST
tonight and 9 am PST tomorrow morning (or 1 and 17 UTC on Friday the
    12th).

    Cheers from soon-to-be-dark Palo Alto,
          Bart, SeeSat-L administrator
