    The spacecraft you mentioned is in the Horizons system at JPL
    ssd.jpl.nasa.gov/horizons.html
    Here are some numbers derived from the system, for an observer at center of Earth!
    Which is easy to do. 
    Access the system and do your own position. Both close approaches  favour
    southern Hemisphere.
    1. closeest approach 21:30Ut December 21, 2002
        geocentric distance 36,000Km
         RA 12h 53m 43s
             dec -39d 52min
    
    2. closest approach 04:10 Ut June 19,2003
          geocentric distance 15,000 Km
           RA 9h 35 33s
           dec - 40d 35 min
