    Just had a high pass off ISS, at 77 degrees in SE maximum
    elevation , on an ascending path ( SW-NE),according to heavens-above.com ,
    Maximum steady brightness was -1.5 rather than the -0.5 predicted by 
    heavens-above, colour slightly reddish not as obvious as on the N-S path
    a fortnight ago. a double flare observed about elevation 70 degrees
    elevation , after maximum elevation, to mag -3,-4 for a second or two.
