Paolo The Celestrak ftp site has been changed to reduce the crush of mindless automated downloading generated by the many new tracking programs that incorporate automatic element updating, and the many people who have now idea what they are doing when they use the defaults. The directory structure changed slightly and also "anonymous" is no longer a valid user password, just type in your e-mail address or something else.
