SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared January 01, 12:36 UTC - shows the decay on
                          1 January, 12:17 UTC +/- 52 minutes (41.2N, 249.2E)
on a southbound pass over the USA (Oregon/Montana).
My final analysis with MPM + REENTRY with the ELSETs 01001.304... and
01001.425... delivers only a very minor correction of my preceding forecast.
                          1 January, 12:24 UTC +/-07 minutes (08.45N, 247.37E)
    on the same descending pass.
