Wether you observe during one or more sessions in a night,
do report the absolute UTC times of bright/faint flashes,
not only lap times and start/end.

Since the flash period changes slowly, and is so long, times
can be correlated with other observations, so we find "which"
flash was the stronger. Just twenty minutes observing with
0.2 s accuracy builds up to only 14 seconds over 24 hours
(1/6 of a period)
