    Hello everyone,

    		I've added a couple of new pages to my high altitude satellite
    observing web page to assist in observing some of the brighter
    geoflashers. These include;

    (i) A page with flash period graphs for selected bright geoflashers,
    including Gorizont's 14, 17, 23 & Raduga 27.
    http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/Hangar/1668/geo-ppas.htm

    Flash period measurements by SeeSat members have show that the flash
    period of Gorizont 23 (91-46A) appears to accelerate & decelerate
    cyclically. The period of each cycle appears close to 1 year.

    Some other flashing Gorizont's appear to also experience accelerations &
    decelerations of flash period, but the data is much more fragmentary. Do
    the flash periods of these satellites exhibit cycles of acceleration &
    deceleration like those of Gorizont 23 & if so what are the periods of
    these accelerations? Further observations of flash periods for these
    satellites are needed to answer these questions.

    (ii) A page with approximate windows of visibility of bright geoflashers
    for different longitudes for the next six months;
    http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/Hangar/1668/geotable.htm

    The tables provided on this page can be used to determine approximately
    at which dates selected geoflashers will be above the horizon, so that
    observations can be planned accordingly.

    Here are relatively recent elsets for the geoflashers described in my
    web pages:
