#13964 = 83- 25 A = Molniya 1-57
Since January 21, his may have experienced two events when its drag fell
sharply, perhaps as solar panels broke away near perigee. My latest
prediction is for decay at Jan 24 21:44 +-10h near perigee at  62.5 S,
97.8 W.
