After a lull with no decay activity, we now have SpaceCom warnings for
three decayers.
#13964 = 83- 25 A = Molniya 1-57
No further decay warning since SpaceCom's prediction this morning that
this would decay late (UTC) today. I now predict this decay for Jan 23
05:38 +-1.5d. Predicted elsets for every orbit over the next 24h are on
my Decay Watch page - URL below.
#7969 = 75- 56 B = Cosmos 744 rocket
SpaceCom predicts that this will decay at Jan 22 16:45 +-2d. I compute
Jan 22 21:18 +-20h. This enters eclipse near northern apex over the
Arctic at about 16:00 local time and leaves eclipse near 49 deg S at
about 22:00 local time, so it appears poorly placed for observation. The
latest elset is:
Cosmos 744 r 3.8 2.6 0.0 5.1 v 11.1 218 x 215 km

#26044 = 99- 73 C = Cosmos 2368 Molniya platform
The SpaceCom prediction is for this decay to occur at Jan 22 09:25 +-2d
while I predict Jan 22 10:26 +-22h. This is well placed for northern
observers. It enters eclipse at about 17:30 local time while southbound
near 50 deg N. Eclipse exit occurs while southbound near 52 deg S at
~23:00 local time. the latest elset is:
